Installed on a 2000 F350 2WD dually with a 9′ Reading Utility Body and 280k miles on the original front springs. Always loaded with tools, the truck had developed a rake from sagging springs. The new SSC-31 springs lifted the front 2″, with an expected small settle. Ride quality is much improved, body roll reduced, and handling is better on tight ramps. Slight \0/ camber but tracks straight; alignment planned after new KYB MonoMax shocks. Install took under 2 hours with an impact gun.

Put these on a 2001 chevy 3500 that is carrying a 600 gallon tank water/poop tank on it for sucking out porta potties. These sumo springs do their job and provide extra spring so the back isn’t super saggy. This is the 3rd pair of sumo springs that I’ve put on a truck and they are all still working great.

I recently installed a heavy-duty commercial Class 5 hitch on my 2004 Dodge Ram to handle the task of towing my Massey Ferguson 1455 tractor. The difference in towing performance was immediate and impressive — the truck feels more stable, confident, and in control, even with a full load behind it. Braking feels more predictable, and sway is noticeably reduced on the highway.

When I’m not towing, the ride is a little stiffer and rougher than before, which is expected with a hitch designed for such heavy loads. While it’s not as cushioned during daily driving, the trade-off is well worth it for the boost in capability, safety, and peace of mind when hauling the tractor.
